“We look forward to working with you, and understand that you may have questions to ask. You’ll find many answers on this site as well as the communications FAQs (frequently asked questions) below.”
Who are z2z?
We are a real business, established in 1994. We publish our phone number, address and email so that you can always get in touch easily.
We’re based in the United Kingdom with offices in Wilton, Wiltshire and in Ilfracombe, Devon. You can contact us easily.
How do we work with you?
Often we are asked to write, edit or proofread commercially sensitive material or confidential documents, such as company reports, business cases and tenders. We regularly proofread brochures and catalogues before publication, sometimes when commercial data, such as pricing details, are still being finalised.
You can be assured that we will maintain total confidentiality when working with such material and are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements where you require this. Where we print out confidential documents, we shred them afterwards in high security DIN 4 standard commercial shredders. Whatever level of confidentiality you require, we can meet this.
We take your deadlines very seriously and are proud not to have missed a deadline. If there was any reason to delay a project, we would contact you as soon as we knew.
VAT is added to all our charges at the standard UK rate of 20%.
We start by discussing your requirements to establish what you want to achieve. We’ll suggest the best ways to achieve this and quote prices, so you know how much each option will cost. When we have agreed the detailed brief, delivery schedule and price, we’ll begin work.
We offer you several ways to pay for our services:
- BACS or direct bank transfer
- PayPal (by credit or debit card)
- Cheque
We prefer BACS or PayPal where possible and appreciate your prompt payment on satisfactory completion of work or at agreed stages of a project.
Copywriting
We have written for corporate clients, magazines, newspapers and web sites for many years.
Usually, a copywriter will own the copyright of text they write. This gives them certain control over where their writing is published and their permission has to be sought if anyone else wants to use that material.
When you commission writing from Zarywacz, we assign ownership of the copyright to you when we receive the agreed payment.
This means that you are free to use the material we have written for you however you wish, in any format and as many times as you want. You can use it in your marketing material, in magazines and newsletters, on web sites and blogs, as press releases or articles, or all of these. After payment, there is no restriction on how you use the material.
We recommend you check out copyright ownership of any copywriting or creative services you commission to ensure there are no restrictions on how you use the finished text, images or other materials.
Journalism
Yes, we conduct interviews with people at all level for articles, from chief executives and managing directors to employees and apprentices. We enable people to tell their stories in their own words in articles that people want to read.
From 2009 to 2017 Robert Zarywacz researched and wrote two pages of business news every week as freelance business editor of the North Devon Journal. Previously he wrote on technology and the internet for The Business Magazine. Zarywacz also edits and produces magazines and newsletters for clients.
